What we need
- Join us for a 15-minute call to learn more about our organization and our social media strategy
- Research and create 1-2 social media post per week for Instagram in English and Chinese (themes/ topics related to mental health)
- Our team is happy to brainstorm post ideas with you and provide the images
Background
We are working hard to ensure our services are accessible to all people in Hong Kong, so we must develop social media content in both English and Chinese. We share free information and resources to help people learn more about mental health and grief.

We provide free mental health peer support groups. Our groups are hosted by trained facilitators with lived experience. Peer-to-peer support is a format that The New Normal Charity has proudly adopted from inception. We feel that one of best forms of therapy is to talk to others with similar life experiences. We have been helping people through life’s difficult moments for over three years now- facilitating conversations between individuals who find themselves in very similar positions. Our mission is to make sure no one feels alone no matter what they are going through.
