What we need

• Join a 1 hour briefing session to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
• Crowd Control - Assist in managing and directing crowds during events
• Guest and Info Counter - Greet guests and provide them with event information
• Enrollment Counter - Manage event registrations and participant check-ins
• Room Assistant - Assist presenters and participants with room arrangements, help arranging the attendees record and evaluation form
• Signature Point Assistant - Provide support to guests and attendees in this area

Background

The rapid changes in society, economy, and environment, coupled with major challenges such as demographic shifts, economic restructuring, extreme weather, and the technological revolution, present both significant challenges and golden opportunities for Hong Kong. In the face of these circumstances, we have to work with various sectors in the society, adopt innovative thinking and solutions, to build a sustainable and livable Hong Kong. The S+ Summit and Expo is one of the key events in HKCSS.

A briefing session will be provided and recorded via zoom to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.

Why this is important

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) has been rooted in the social welfare sector while connecting community, business, government, academia, and other sectors in creating social impact. The "S+ Summit and Expo" brings together the stakeholders from different sectors to discuss local and regional social issues under the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The social welfare organizations, social enterprises, and impact businesses will showcase their effective solutions in response to social problems. We hope that "S+" can promote stakeholder collaboration (Synergy), create social impact (Social Impact), and promote Hong Kong's sustainable development (Sustainability).
