What we need

• Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our organization and the event details
• Take individual, group, and candid photos during the event from 1:00-10:00pm during presentation session, networking, awards presentation, and celebration dinner
• Need to bring own camera and equipment
• We would like to have the photos within a week after the event to select some for further editing
• Prepare a slideshow consisting of 20-30 photos (selected by us) after the event to be shared on our social media accounts. The slideshow should be available 1 week after we have selected the photos
• Honorarium of $1,500 will be provided upon completion of the project

Background

We are organizing a competition for environmental practitioners and students with a focus on waste reduction. On competition day, we would like to have a photographer help us preserve the memories of the presentations, networking session, award ceremony, and the celebration dinner.

What we have

We will provide the event rundown to the volunteer so he/she can be prepared. Dinner will be provided.

Why this is important

This competition will help raise awareness of the waste problem we have in Hong Kong. By having teams from different age groups and different walks of life come together, we can learn from each other and come up with better and more effective solutions to tackle environmental problems. This contributes to our mission of creating a dynamic resource for the whole community, as well as to encourage and enhance the development of environmental management skills and their application by individuals as well as institutions.
