What we need

• Looking for volunteers between 19 - 24 years old
• Join our team's weekly meeting
• Help out with the team's administrative and HR tasks (such as recruitment, appraisals, documentations, etc.)
• Assist in preparing for meetings and internal events (i.e. booking meeting rooms, setting up conference calls, writing minutes during meetings)

Background

We are preparing new upcoming events in summer and fall and would appreciate administrative support by assisting in related tasks, ideation, etc. for the whole team. We will also need support with internal events and meeting preparation.

Why this is important

The following project helps support administrative tasks that are connected to other teams of The BASE Team and supports the entrepreneurship activities and culture in HKUST directly and provide experiences for the applicants.
