What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
• Help set up & dismantle the donation stations for auction
• Encourage audience to bid on silent auction
• Check in guests (~80ppl)
• Provide general support for the team and guests during the event
• Event is on Dec 02 at 6-9pm, please arrive at 5:15pm for prep and stay for cleanup until 9:30pm
