Background

1. Project BackgroundStirring Paper is a creative social enterprise dedicated to environmental sustainability, artistic craftsmanship, and community engagement. We specialize in handmade recycled paper, seed paper, and upcycled food-waste paper, transforming discarded materials into eco-friendly stationery, decorations, and educational kits.We collaborate with high-end businesses, NGOs, schools, and families to promote sustainability through hands-on experiences. Our past projects include: • Eco-crafting workshops with schools and organizations like YMCA, Green Peace, and St. James Settlement. • Sustainable branding collaborations with Michelin-starred restaurants and eco-conscious businesses to create custom recycled menus and packaging. • International paper-making research trips to Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, and South Africa, learning from traditional paper artisans.To expand our impact, we are launching a 3 month social media volunteer project focused on content creation and brand storytelling. Volunteers will produce 2-3 posts per week, crafting compelling narratives to educate, engage, and inspire audiences about sustainability, paper upcycling, and creative reuse. Our target groups include high-end businesses, NGOs, educators, and eco-conscious families who seek sustainable lifestyle solutions.

To ensure volunteers have the necessary tools and guidance, we will provide: • Access to Canva Pro for professional-level graphic design. • Brand guidelines & content templates to maintain visual consistency. • A library of past photos and videos for content repurposing. • Regular check-ins and brainstorming sessions for creative support. • Opportunities to attend our eco-workshops for firsthand experience and content creation.
