What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about the program and workshop leader duties
• Share your personal and professional nutrition knowledge and experiences with our beneficiaires (group of 3-6) in a 1.5-hour workshop
• Facilitate group discussions through a series of activities focused on nutrition; make sure everyone feels comfortable in participating and expressing their ideas
• Hoping to host 1 or 2 day workshop(s) on any Wednesday 11am - 1pm or Friday 1pm - 3pm in August, depending on your availability!
• Please prepare own presentation slides/ materials. We can provide projector, laptop and stationery

Background

We understand that health and nutrition may not be at the forefront of our beneficiaries' hectic lives but we would like help them realise food and nutrition is a strong component to a healthy life!

Relevant background information about S&D and the women in our program will be provided to help you build workshop material.

Why this is important

Support from volunteers will be an essential part of our mission to holistically care for women healing from irregular schedules.
