Help us with upgrading / migrate the PHP version of our website (from PHP5.6 to PHP 7.3)

What we need
- Migrating a website from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.3
- Fixing the bugs in the incompatible code
- For the volunteer's reference if this information helps - The website is using FileZilla Client as FTP, with a cPanel account for website hosting
Background
We are going to lunch a new website for our project, but 500 error keeps appearing. After getting advice, we believe that we have to upgrade our website php version. However we have no IT staff, it would be nice if we can get your helping hand.

The vision of SLCO-CR is to promote sign bilingualism in communication, education and social inclusion; to create a diversified community without communication barrier.
