Project Details

What we need
  • Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about the project and our charity
  • Create and prepare a bilingual press release which includes the promotion of our press conference that will be happen in mid-May 2023
  • If you're only proficient in one of the languages, you're still welcome to apply! We'll recruit a volunteer to help with the translation of your work if that's the case
  • Volunteers with excellent writing skills and experience with the media is preferred
Background

The mental health project for the deaf of the SLCO Community Resources, “Touch My Heart”, is a 2-year project which commenced in January 2021, and aims to develop a brand new “Sign Bilingual Mental Health Services Model” for Hong Kong. We are launching a new service protocol for psychological professionals to better serve deaf clients in Hong Kong.
