Help us create graphics to promote shared value as a strategy to solve social issues
Do well or do good? It's possible both ways with Creating Shared Value. Since the 2011 Harvard Business Review article, Creating Shared Value has grown from a revolutionary concept to a widely adopted practice aligning purpose and profit. As part of the global network, Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong takes part in the global 10 Years campaign. The 10th-anniversary campaign will roll out content aiming at educating & engaging business leaders on the Shared Value journey. You will provide infographics and visuals to support our campaign on our different platforms (website, social media).
Your role will be to create visuals and infographics in different formats to explain what is Shared Value and raise the interest of the community and business leaders. Branding guidelines and a detailed brief will be provided to help you get started. You are expected to have a mix of graphic design skills (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and creativity.
The 10 Years of Shared Value offer a unique opportunity to inspire business leaders to embrace Shared Value in their companies and join the global movement towards a purpose-driven economy. By volunteering for us, you will act as a force of change for a better future.

Shared Value creates measurable economic value for an organisation in the form of new revenue or cost savings, while generating value for the community by improving social or environmental conditions. Creating Shared Value (CSV) – as defined by Prof. Michael Porter & Mark Kramer in their influential Harvard Business Review article – is a business strategy that creates competitive advantage by aligning profit and purpose. CSV uses a business’s core expertise to help solve problems we face as a society profitably and fosters collaboration between the public, private and non-profit sectors to maximise social impact.
