What we need

• Join a pre-event briefing session, most likely on 17 Nov (time TBC)
• Arrive at event venue on 25 Nov at 12:45pm and provide support till around 6-7pm
• Help with assigned team and task for smooth running of the event
• Maintain crowd control and safety during the open event
• Various elements of the event would require support such as Station management of activities, Registration desk, on ground crowd control, health and safety, giveaway counter, F&B
• Please wear comfortable shoes and trousers, we will provide event T-shirt

Background

Sports for Inclusion, on 25th November 2023 is to celebrate the International Day of Disabled Persons. The purpose of this year’s fundraiser and community event is to create an opportunity for building community engagement by empowering individuals through active participation and promote wellbeing. Sports for Inclusion will provide a safe space to showcase strengths and abilities by promoting values, ideals of acceptance, human rights and non-discrimination and also foster an environment of inclusion. We are hoping to host over 200 members of the community to join our cause towards disability inclusion

This event is our Annual Fundraiser where we raise funds and sponsorships to conduct our activities for next year
