What we need

• Join a pre-event briefing session, most likely on 10 May (time TBC)
• Arrive at event venue on 1 Jun (Sat) at 3:00pm and provide support till around 11:00pm
• Help with assigned team and task for smooth running of the event
• Maintain crowd control and safety during the event
• Various elements of the event would require support such as registration desk, flow control of performances/ activities, giveaway counter
• Dress code and other details will be shared at the briefing
• Please note that we are only recruiting for volunteers that are of age 18 and above for this project

Background

SENsational Charity Dinner is a flagship recognition night for pioneers in the disability community in Hong Kong. The event will put a spotlight on the inspiring voices, stories and achievements of key role models in the community along with international speakers from USA and India

This event is our Flagship Fundraiser where we raise funds and sponsorships to conduct our activities for next year
