What we need

• Bilingual preferable (Chinese / English speakers)
• The event takes place on 10 Dec, 3:30 - 7:30pm, you will be taking charge of one child for the duration of the party
• Join us for a online briefing to learn about the organization and event details
• Make sure the social workers register their children and have tags on them
• Participate in all the games with your child, don’t force them and let them play the games they enjoy
• Help take care of all children's gifts as they may get very stressed if they lose their gifts
• Feed the child dinner and don’t over fill the plates, you can always go back for seconds
• Take them to the restroom as needed
• Do not leave your child alone - if you need to go to the restroom yourself, please make sure you pass the child to one of the team members
• Please do stay for the entire duration of the party or until your child has been collected by their social worker to go back on the buses
• Engage with your child, make them feel loved and important, and make this a special Christmas for them!
