Background

As students and schools enrolled in our program grow, we are seeking a basic yet efficient software solution to help us communicate with the schools/students, manage the class schedules, provide materials etc. We think Sharepoint is a possible solution, and have internally built up some mock-ups on this. However, we want to consult a Sharepoint expert on some questions we have, as well as giving us advice to some features that we don't know about that may be useful for what we want to do.

What we have

We will first walk through briefly with you what we do, how we organize our classes and schools and what we are trying to acheive with a digital solution first. We have also internally mocked up a version of the Sharepoint for this purpose that we can walk you through

Why this is important

As our student numbers and participating schools increase, we need to find a digital communications solution to help us organize so that we can be more effficient, and the students' and schools' experience will be more streamlined and satisfying!
