What we need

• Join us at 6:00pm on May 7 for a 30 min briefing session to understand more about our program and review session objectives
• There's an online mock interview day, attendance to all sessions is required:
• May 11 AM Session (9:00am - 12:30pm) or PM Session (1:30pm - 5:00pm) Conduct 5-6 mock interview sessions
• Each mock interview session is 30 min long: 20 min of mock interview and 10 min of interview feedback (one-on-one format)
• Provide constructive feedback on interview skills and verbal communication skills, helping students to reduce their stress and anxiety before a real job interview

Background

SEED Foundation's Tech Education Program equips senior secondary school students with advanced technology skills needed in the workplace. As part of this program, Workplace Experience is offered for students to get a better understand of which industry/function fits their abilities and interests, in order to for them to make informed decisions about their further educational/career pathways.

What we have

We will be conducting pre briefing sessions to successful applicant ahead of the mock interviews.

Why this is important

During mock interviews, interviewer will encourage and empower interviewee to respond creatively and effectively. By familiarising themselves with current interview settings and questions, interviewees will become confident and comfortable before the actual job interviews with the employer.
