What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our objective for the newsletter, target audience and our desired design style
• Expect the volunteer to create 1 newsletter per month (current concept: 1 page, 3 columns)
• All newsletter content will be prepared by our team, volunteer will only help with designing with any design tools
• The newsletter will be mainly for promoting our services to schools and NGOs
• Volunteers with experience on graphic design will be preferred

Background

We always wish to engage more frequently with our beneficiaries (school and NGOs) through newsletter. Unfortunately, our staff do not have the specialized skill of designing visually attractive newsletter.

What we have

We will share with you our basic concept of designing, all content of the newsletters will be prepared by us.

Why this is important

We wish to have an on-brand newsletter template which is easy for us to put in our programs, impact and stories. This can help us engage our stakeholders and communicate our impact across.
