Background

Justone( 即時通) is a 24-hour mental health hotline supporting people in mental distress, especially for those who are more vulnerable to the negative impact given by the pandemic. We are providing a member hotline structure engaging callers in the longer term by brief counselling, making regular proactive caring calls and wellness check.

What we have

Training and service protocol will be provided to volunteer. Nevertheless, we require volunteers to be well equipped with knowledge with counselling (family counselling preferred), mental health assessment and intervention.

Why this is important

The support from volunteer will help us create a community mental health safety net to people in emotional needs in the context of declining mental wellness at this critical time of pandemic outbreak and its aftermath.
