What we need

• Participate in our virtual focus group discussion on 22 Mar (6:00pm - 7:30pm) to share your thoughts and insights on mental health support and needs of educators / teachers
• Topics of questions may include: Understanding your stress level and stress management, accessibility and openness to counselling (esp during burnout / challenging times) and more
• Share your suggestions on how we can reach out to teachers / educators through marketing or other methods
• This discussion will be recorded for internal purposes only. Participants' real identities will be kept strictly confidental

Background

ReSource is a non-denominational, multi-cultural and a local registered charity which has been providing professional and affordable counselling service since 1973. We are working on a new pilot program which provides online and in-person counselling service for medical professionals and educators during 2022 – 2024. This program aims to increase overall well-being and avoid burnout of both target groups through professional counselling service.

What we have

We will facilitate the session and welcome teachers to share their thoughts and needs on mental health support through the meeting.

Why this is important

This helps us to learn more about the actual needs on supporting the mental wellbeing of teachers, allowing us to effectively implement our upcoming new counselling service programme targeting specifically teachers and healthcare professionals.
