Digital Marketing Strategist
Brainstorm, plan and co-create a digital marketing strategy with our team for our new counselling service targeting educators and healthcare professionals
Project Details
What we need
- Join a briefing call to understand more about our organisation and the new counselling service program that we are launching
- Brainstorm, propose and support the implementation of the digital marketing plan (ex. create content calendar, media buying)
- Work closely with our volunteer marketing team (ex. Marketing and Strategy Advisor) and our team to execute the digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with social media content creators to ensure our content is engaging and reaching to target audiences
- Support with SEM marketing and ad campaign management - Reviewing analytics, content and budget
- Monitor the performance and update our team regularly, suggesting improvements to be made along the way
Background
ReSource is a non-denominational, multi-cultural and a local registered charity which has been providing professional and affordable counselling service since 1973.We are working on a new pilot program which provides online and in-person counselling service for medical professionals and educators during 2022 – 2024. This program aims to increase overall well-being and avoid burnout of both target groups through professional counselling service.

Why this is important
By improving our digital marketing results (engagement, conversions etc), we will be able to reach a wider range of potential clienteles and efficiently promote our mental health services and support in the field of medical and educational settings.

ReSource The Counselling Centre was established almost 50 years ago as a registered charitable organisation offering multi-lingual professional counselling service for people residing in Hong Kong. We offer confidential and professional mental health services such as counselling to individuals, couples, and families, as well as support clients who are in crisis or those with more severe mental illnesses. ReSource aims to empower clients in dealing with their problems and developing their potential. A sliding fee scale provides affordable counselling to all clients.
