What we need
- Join a 45-min - 1 hr briefing to understand our workflow in office
- Propose and implement a user friendly CRM system for providing an online appointment booking system, master list of clients, calendar for office (reserving rooms and indicating appointment time), online intake forms and feedback forms
Background
Currently all clients' booking, room reservation, checking and information are done manually so it takes much time to daily input on the excel file. If we create a CRM so the client can directly input their information and we can check easily.
