What we need

• Join a 60 minute briefing call to learn about our organisation, the giving circle model, our growth targets and key dates
• Come up with a growth strategy, with our objectives in mind (e.g. online or offline channels to use, how to use them, metrics) and document, bearing in mind our focus on low-no cost marketing
• Develop roadmap with key milestones, tasks and types of resources required to execute
• Support us in sourcing volunteers who can help execute on the roadmap

Background

Rally is a giving circle with a focus on bringing in committed and impact driven donors who want to support female empowerment non-profits with like-minded individuals.We have ambitious growth targets for the next 3 years and am looking for a savvy and growth strategist to help us achieve our goals.Experience with non-profits or charities is ideal but not mandatory.Our team will set up weekly catch ups to cross off each task. Our goal is to complete all strategy planning tasks by the end of March so that we can begin execution in April.
