What we need

• Join a 30mins briefing with event management team member.
• Advise on the use of event production equipment and system: sound, streaming, lighting, video and editing.
• Guide our events team on technical and equipment set up, consultation and testing will be completed prior to the event. (Line up technicians if necessary)
• Standby during virtual events (1hr per event) for technical support. (Remote)

Background

Our organisation's goal is to provide free tools and resources that help people affected by the pandemic to re-discover who they are and what to do next in life and in career. To support this, we curate many speaker events, industry expert sharings, and coaching sessions for our users. These events will be produced virtually and will be recorded for future learning purposes. We need a professional to advise us on the technology and tools to produce quality events and videos.

We will provide detailed briefing on the scope and purpose of our events. Our Event Management team members are dedicated, volunteering professionals from various industries, supportive and reliable.

Why this is important

Producing quality events is crucial to provide an enjoyable and effective learning experience. It will also motivate our volunteering speakers to give their time and efforts. The videos or recordings of the events will be continuously accessed on our website for future learnings.
