Project Details
What we need
- Welcome the attendees, provide operational support and excellent customer service to the attendees; assist the tour guides along the routes and ensure the safety of the guests
- Join a 20-min briefing session by phone on 12 or 13 Sep 2023 – date & time to be confirmed
- Must be physically fit to work outdoors
- Each volunteer is required to commit to one session; please indicate your availability in your application
Background
Musicus Society presents a heritage concert program in the Old Police Station’s historic red-brick building (now occupied by The Warehouse Teenage Club) on 16 Sep 2023 (Sat). What we have
A briefing will be provided to learn about our organization and the event's objectives. Our team will be working closely with you. Beverage/ water will be provided on the event day.
Why this is important
This role is instrumental in ensuring that the event runs smoothly and that all the participants joining the event will have an enjoyable concert and heritage experience.
