Set up, provide event & visitor assistance, and manage the back stage at our concert
Project Details
What we need
- Event is on May 18 2025, 3:00pm - 4:30pm, please arrive at 1pm for preparation & rehearsal and stay until the wrap up around 5pm
- Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
- Help set up & run the reception desks, crowd control, and guide guests to their seats
- Backstage management (performers, order of program) for smooth running of the event
- Volunteers with event experience or concert/music knowledge is a plus
Background
We are showcasing charity students who have been offered group and private violin, piano, guitar, singing lessons through Musical Chaos Foundation. There will be 120 people in the audience.

A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.
Why this is important
This concert will showcase the incredible musical progress of our charity students, while also honoring the selfless contributions of our Student Ambassadors, who tirelessly spread music and love in our community.

What we do
Musical Chaos Foundation provides an opportunity for children from grassroot families to fully maximize their potential through learning and practicing music in a disciplined manner and building grit which will lay the strong foundation for their future success. MCF organizes a series of community outreach programs through music performance visits to elderly homes, hospitals and children's centers. MCF will continue to provide performance opportunities to young musicians on stage at our annual Concerts, masterclasses and other events. MCF hopes to make a change, a step at a time. We hope that the musical experiences gained through MCF’s three pillar programs, children and youth in Hong Kong could foster healthy social connections, a sense of belonging and promote intellectual growth and creativity. And most importantly, to spread the sense of LOVE, through music to HK society
