What we need
- Attend our ~40 hours training in August to prepare for outdoor education (training sessions are conducted mainly on Sat or public holidays)
- Lead a group of secondary students through site visits (2 hours per day, 5 days in total)
- Required participation dates for outdoor education: 5, 13, 20, 27 Sep, 18 Oct from 3:00-5:00pm
Background
背景： 「流動學校」是一所註冊非牟利慈善機構，致力推動戶外教育，機構定期招募大學生帶領中小學生進行戶外學習活動。現誠邀本港各大學同學加入成為義工導師，學系不限。 「流動學校」自2011起, 致力培訓大學生義工，協助支援弱勢學生。本屆活動將以「歷史由樓下說起」爲題，與一所沙田區內中學合作，帶領中學生參與考察活動，認識區內歷史。活動内容：設計及帶領沙田區中學生參與四次考察，加深學生對社區的認識。Background: "Mobile Schooling Limited" (Mobile School) is a registered non-profit making and charitable organization which is dedicated to promoting outdoor education. The organization regularly recruits university students to lead primary and secondary students in outdoor learning activities. Students from the universities of Hong Kong, regardless of their subjects, are cordially invited to join as voluntary leaders. Since 2011, "Mobile School" has been committed to training university student volunteers to support disadvantaged students. The theme of this year's activity is "History starting from your community". It will cooperate with a secondary school in the Shatin district to lead the secondary school students to participate in the site visits and learn about the history of the community. Activity: Design and lead the students of a Shatin Secondary School to participate in four visits to deepen students' understanding of the community. (in Cantonese)

以學校課程為基礎，為學生提供學習支援及戶外學習機會，透過體驗教育關注生命素質，超越個人局限，擴闊生活視野，增強學習動機，同時推動互相分享，服務他人，發揚助人自助精神。Based on school curriculum, this project promotes outdoor education to students through sharing from volunteers.
