What we need

• Join us for a 30 minute call to learn more about our expectations and the main pages / structure we have in mind
• Help us upgrade our existing website using SquareSpace. looking to improve the structure, layout and graphical aesthetics to effectively communicate to the public about our mission, and the upcoming events
• Translate the website from English to Cantonese so we can launch the Cantonese version of our website
• Experience with SquareSpace is required

Background

We are looking to upgrade our website to reflect the work we have done to date, to collaborate with future individuals and organisations and to have a consistent presence in building our community. Mind The Waves is designed to start a dialogue, build a community, and help the young people of Hong Kong understand that by changing the way they think, they can live a better healthier life.

What we have

We will provide the existing sitemap and a briefing session to explain our focus. Images, logos, and other content for the website will be provided. Through meetings, we will provide guidance on design requirements and such.

Why this is important

A well-set up and informative website will be effective to raise public awareness of [e.g. mental health and to help people navigate and find their paths towards a healthier and positive life.] In addition, producing Cantonese content is a key part of our organisation and we aim to launch a Cantonese version of our website so it’ll be more user-friendly and inclusive for our users.
