Why this is important

It will help us show how physical exercise can impact mental health and inform our future campaigns, programmes and resources. The COVID-19 data will help us and others in the mental health field develop our work based on the current situation in Hong Kong - it will be integral in raising awareness of what is going on and also responding accordingly.
