What we need

• Join us for a 30 minute call to learn more about our organisation, and discuss perceived areas of strength and areas of improvement in management and leadership style and needs
• Conduct the coaching sessions (individual or group) based on the decided timeline / frequency
• Provide relevant support and tools for managing a growing team, young team members, and external stakeholders
• Provide relevant management and leadership coaching support for management and leadership staff

Background

We are looking for a professional coach/coaches to support our management team as we grow Mind HK. Hoping to strengthen our team to be more effective, offer them techniques in sustaining continuous growth in an organisation. This will be especially helpful in supporting new hires who are leading our team.

What we have

Objectives, team culture and introduction to our team member(s) joining the coaching sessions will be provided. Background on Mind HK will be provided.

Why this is important

We’d love to learn how to become stronger managers, and want actionable steps and advice to achieve our goals as an aspirational organisation looking to ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
