What we need

• Join us for a briefing call before the event date
• Set up booth at HKMM
• Promote LumiVoce, our mission and projects to participants at the event
• Take pictures with your phone during the event and of the venue for marketing use later on
• Play biodiversity games with the kids
• Full day attendance is required (22 March 10am-6pm)

Background

This year, we are collaborating with HKMM on March 22 for HKMM's Funday, where we will promote the conservation of biodiversity and wildlife. We aim to engage participants, primarily children, through interactive games and educational activities to raise awareness and inspire them about the importance of protecting our natural world.

What we have

We will provide a project overview, instructions, iPads, and all supporting materials for this project.

Why this is important

Public will learn more about LumiVoce and our projects. The goal is to engage like-minded participants at the event, and collect interested parties' contacts so we can expand our impact to the general public.It'll help us to recruit more participants and interest in our projects such as our yearly Voices for the Planet Challenge.
