What we need
- Join us for a 20-min call to learn more about the program and your role
- Help offer an immersive environment for students to relax, experiment, observe and engage with others
- Assist students in completing their green art pieces
Background
We are launching a Relaxation Mental Health Program for 130 DSE secondary students. This program will help them better understand emotional distress and provide relaxation techniques to support their daily well-being.
What we have
All necessary materials for the program will be provided, and a volunteer briefing session will be held prior to the program.
Why this is important
Support from volunteers will be an essential part of our mission to promote the importance of the psychological well-being of the public through environmental activities
