What we need
- Join us to learn more about the program and your role
- Help offer an immersive environment for students to relax, experiment, observe and engage with others
- Assist a group of 9-10 students in completing their green art pieces and games
- Volunteers can choose to join one day: 15 or 16 Jan 2025 8am-3pm
- Recess and lunch break will be provided
Background
We are launching a Relaxation Mental Health Activities for around 900 primary students in 5 sections per day from 15 Jan to 16 Jan 2025. The program will help them better understand emotional distress and provide relaxation techniques and games to support their problem solving ability.
What we have
All necessary materials for the program will be provided, and a volunteer briefing session will be held prior to the program.

Support from volunteers will be an essential part of our mission to promote the importance of the psychological well-being of the public through art activities and games
