What we need

• Submit your CV and self-introduction, join a 15-min online interview
• Complete internship programme from Jul 2023 to Jan 2024, sometimes 16h per week. Occassionly working in our farm (9:30am - 1:30pm) on weekends* (some event like Open Day and farm-to table workshop will be around 9:30am – 5:00pm, etc) and in our centre (10:00am-5:00pm) 1 day per week. Sometimes have to work offsite like sharing workshop in local school or bookstore.
• Assist in tasks like programme and event planning and management, graphic design, content writing, data management, photo-taking, etc.
• Support organization activities, such as elderly activites.
• Interns will gain knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of working in the charity sector. They will gain experience in nonprofit management. Being a small centre, interns will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions that allow them to showcase their skills and leave the internship with tangible achievements. Interns will strengthen their knowledge of local agriculture, village services in Hong Kong .
• Free shuttle bus may be provided on event days

Background

We are a farm and centre located in Fanling Village. We are launching a programme that empower women who like farming and support local agriculture that grown and sell in Hong Kong. The programme will have open day, farm to table workshop , school talks , visit other farm, etc.

What we have

We will provide details about the programme, and on-site sharing to deepen your understanding.

Why this is important

This is important and fun to support the activites of the programme and arouse public awareness on women empowerment and local agriculture.
