- Create 2 LinkedIn posts and 1 latest news post on our website per week
- LinkedIn posts: Topics that are related to workplace diversity & inclusion stories, general knowledge on SEN, corporate awareness on SEN, statistics and data related to SEN employment, our organisation's successful story, and job posts or candidates available
- Website updates: Latest news on events/activities announcement and promotion, our organisation's successful story, job posts or candidates available etc
- Interest or knowledge in SEN is a plus
Background
Learning Bridge Association (LBA) is a newly setup nonprofit organization with the mission to match SEN youth to corporates and jobs that fit their potential in order to achieve a mutually beneficial arrangement and to promote workplace and community awareness and inclusion of SEN. We have already successfully matched some SEN individuals with different corporations. In order to increase more corporate awareness and their willingness to provide job opportunities to people with SEN, we would like to make use of LinkedIn to engage more corporate audience. Meanwhile, corporations often go for our website to obtain information. Hence we want to keep our website updated with one post of the latest news per week.
What we have
Social Media, website setup and technical support are in place. We have support for graphic design for the posts if needed.
Why this is important
Young adults with SEN such as Autism, SPLD, Dyslexia and ADHD are often socially challenged and confined to a future of low-level jobs. Among the working-age people with SEN in Hong Kong, only just over one-third of them have a certain level of economic income. We believe all SEN individuals deserve more exciting opportunities than their perceived status quo. Regular posts on LinkedIn and Website will help to LBA to spread our messages to more corporations and executives.

What we do
Learning Bridge Association Ltd. (LBA) was founded in 2021 as a registered charitable organisation (Section 88 / Non-profit making) in Hong Kong. Our mission is to bridge young adults with Special Education Needs (SEN) to society by facilitating meaningful employment. We aim to increase corporates’ awareness and willingness to provide job opportunities to differently-abled SEN individuals. LBA has a mission to help young adults with SEN to connect with the community and prepare them for the real-life working environment with confidence. It serves as a link from youth to a meaningful adulthood.
