What we need

Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and our social media strategy
Create 1-2 social media post with design / relevant images per week for Facebook & Instagram in Chinese
Post content will be about intergenerational trauma and SEN inclusion
We will share with you relevant images, logos, etc. Open to volunteers using any design tools

Background

The Grassroots Family Service Team (GFST) annually supports over 2,200 members and 600 families who belong to low-income and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) households. GFST offers a comprehensive array of poverty alleviation and support programs, encompassing tangible and economic aid, academic support initiatives, children's developmental programs, carers' support services, family relations enhancement programs, counselling, volunteer service opportunities, and special educational needs (SEN) inclusion programs.

We will provide photos, images and the main content for the posts.

Why this is important

By setting up social media platforms, we hope to promote our program more efficiently through digital marketing and build a community to support our work and mission. Also, the platforms can serve as community psychoeducation to enhance public awareness towards intergenerational trauma and SEN inclusion.

KTMSS is a district-based charitable organization dedicated to serving the disadvantaged population and low-income families in the Kwun Tong District by providing various kinds of social services since 1966. For the past 56 years, with our high reputation in serving the most vulnerable with quality services in the community, the agency at present is operating 5 types of social services, namely Elderly Service, Community Service, Family and Youth Service, Children Service, Rehabilitation Service with 10 service units and numerous service projects.
