What we need
  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies
  • This role will focus on crafting impactful campaigns, managing social media presence, and driving brand growth across multiple channels
  • Develop & implement marketing strategies for all event initiatives
  • Manage social media with mission-aligned content & campaigns
  • Evaluate performance metrics to refine & optimize marketing campaigns
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email, paid ads, and SEO
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Background

The Königsberger Bridges Institute (KBI) fosters innovation through technologyactivities that emphasize practical applications of science, technology, anddesign. through the International Data Science Olympiad and the International Blockchain Olympiad. Over the last eight years, KBI has assisted tens of thousands of participants globally from renowned education institutions including Cornell, Cambridge, Peking University, and The University of Hong Kong, representing just a sample of the diverse and exceptional talent participating in our olympiads, leading to the development of more than 500 incubated projects globally.

What we have

Access to essential tools, such as social media management platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for tracking performance. Supply a detailed marketing budget for campaigns, ads, and promotional materials, along with access to resources such as Canva. Share a content calendar to align campaigns with key dates and events, and provide a list of key contacts, such as media partners, influencers, and vendors. Finally, foster open communication and collaboration by offering regular check-ins, feedback, and decision-making authority to execute strategies effectively.
