Provide a comprehensive handbook detailing the fundraising manager's role, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines, along with an overview of the hackathon's mission, goals, and target audience. Include pre-designed, tiered sponsorship templates highlighting sponsor benefits and ROI examples like audience reach and visibility, and share a financial breakdown of how sponsorship funds will be allocated (e.g., venue, prizes, marketing).
