What we need

• This role encompasses all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, marketing, and production
• Manage event’s vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Ensure effective communication with internal & external stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies with the team
• Manage event registration processes and ensure accurate data entry
• Implement crowd control measures to maintain order during events
• The events will take place on 29 - 31 Oct, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and 1 Nov 9:00am – 5:00pm, 7:00pm – 10:00pm

KBI aims to cultivate students and innovators around the globe by providing a leading platform for advanced technology competitions through the International Data Science Olympiad and the International Blockchain Olympiad. Our mission is to drive global impact by fostering a culture of innovation through the practical application of blockchain and AI technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the the event production leading to the final event from 29 Oct – 1 Nov 2025. Qualified and experienced candidate will be the event production lead.

Why this is important

We fulfill our mission of nurturing emerging tech talents through the annual global competitions of the International Blockchain Olympiad and the International Data Science Olympiad. A skilled Event Production Lead will play a key role in ensuring the success of our events.
