Project Details

What we need
  • We are looking for career mentors with at least 2+ years of work experience to interact with a class of secondary students and provide inspiration on personal strength, career options and development strategies through a series of hands-on activities
  • Volunteers with experiences in the finance industry are especially welcome!
  • Attend two 1.5-hour mentorship meetings with students
  • Inspire students on their personality traits and career interests
  • Conduct mock interview and provide advices on career planning
  • Share resume writing and interview skills
  • You will be required to join two meetings on 22 July and 29 July 2022. All meetings will be held from 3:00pm - 4:30pm

JA My Strength My Future is an innovative blended-learning initiative that aims to support young people’s self-exploration and enhance their readiness for tomorrow’s radically different jobs and workplaces.

What we have

Volunteer guideline will be provided by JA and a volunteer briefing session will be arranged.

Why this is important

The support from the Career Mentors will help our organization to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy and empower the youth to develop their personal action plans to further nurture their strengths.
