Lead workshops for primary students to develop their entrepreneurial mindset
Project Details
What we need
- Session 1-4 (Compulsory): 7, 14, 28 Oct & 4 Nov 2024 (1 hour in the afternoon, exact time TBC)
- Session 6-8 (Optional): 9 Jan & 3, 6 May 2025 (1 hour in the afternoon, exact time TBC)
- Looking for volunteers with business experience to lead workshops for a group of 20-25 primary students
- Facilitate hands-on learning activities, such as group discussions and presentations
- Share valuable personal experiences in entrepreneurship
- Online briefing session (30 mins) and programme materials for preparation (approximately 1 hr are needed) will be provided to volunteers before the workshop
Background
Jockey Club Life Adventure Opportunity Hub aims to empower primary schools as a hub to foster the holistic development of upper primary students. This project focuses on the all-around growth of students, community engagement, and parental involvement. Through the Community Entrepreneurial Officer (CEO) Programme, students design and lead community service-learning projects that benefit the surrounding community.
