What we need
- Join us for a 45-minute briefing call
- We are looking for professionals with at least 2 years of retail experience
- Be a mentor at JA Innovation Camp on 5 Mar 2022 (Sat) from 10:30am — 4:30pm
- Guide a group of 5 students from idea generation to materializing concepts and exploring solutions to support their presentation
Background
The “HKRMA Retail Reimagined Challenge 2022” is a 3-month learning journey that aims to inspire university students and young alumni with numerous possibilities and developmental pathways in the rapidly changing retail industry. This program involves engaging talks, workshops and mentorship on retail, innovation and essential skills needed for the future.

The retail industry has changed on a broad scale and at an accelerated pace in digitalization, proliferation in e-commerce, and consumer technology adoption. This exciting playing field has offered a new generation of retail professionals who are digital savvy, data fluent, diverse and capable of adapting to constant change at speed.
