Mentor a team of secondary students on developing entrepreneurial mindset
Project Details
What we need
- Looking for Entrepreneurial Mentors with 2+ years of work experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and have a passion for empowering young people
- Partner with another Business Volunteer and support one student team of 20+ members through 6-8 two-hour meetings in October 2023 – Mar/Apr 2024
- You will get the detailed school and meeting schedule list by 9 Sep 2023 (Sat) for your school selection
- Share experience and advice with students through the project of developing entrepreneurial mindset
Background
HSBC x JA Company Programme enables students to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and 21st century skills, including goal-setting, creative problem-solving, teamwork, communication, digital marketing and learning from mistakes. Under the guidance of volunteer business advisors, students establish and operate a company as they would in the real business world as well as participate in pop-up in March.
What we have
Online learning resources and an orientation on 23 Sep will be provided by JA HK.
Why this is important
The programme will help students to get prepared for the new economy and future of work.

Remote / At selected schools or other specified places in Hong Kong (As agreed with the partner school)
