Project Details

What we need
  • Entrepreneurial Mentor with 5+ years of work experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for young people
  • Partner with another Business Volunteer and support one student team of 20+ members through 8-13 two-hour weekly meetings in October 2021 – Feb/Mar 2022 (time negotiable with partner school)
  • Share experience and advice with students through the project of developing entrepreneurial mindset
Background

JA Company Programme (CP) enables students to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and 21st century skills, including goal-setting, creative problem-solving, teamwork, communication, digital marketing and learning from mistakes. Under the guidance of volunteer business advisors, students establish and operate a company as they would in the real business world as well as participate in the JA CP Trade Fair.

Online learning resources and a one-hour business volunteer briefing video will be provided by JA HK.
