What we need

• Create engaging and inspiring meditation scripts and wellness content for our meditation and wellness app in English or Chinese
• Conduct research on meditation techniques, wellness practices, and mindfulness topics to ensure accurate and impactful scriptwriting
• Edit and revise scripts based on user feedback and industry trends to optimize user experience
• Volunteers proficient in either written English or Chinese (or both!) are welcome to apply!

Background

Be a part of a major mental health campaign to help people deal with contemporary stress and anxiety. To raise awareness about mental health, the JC Happiness Charity Foundation achieved a Guinness World Record as part of the "INNER CHILL" campaign. Over 18,000 pieces of The Chill Panda® artwork were created by children and celebrities, and they were presented in 3,333 frames. The aim of this campaign was to promote mental health awareness among the public and foster love, creativity, and positive energy in the world.

Why this is important

Our mission is to impact 100 million lives worldwide by providing access to resources, education, and care for those suffering from mental health issues. Our work aligns with the agenda of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Goal 3 of the 17 SDGs focuses on ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages. According to the WHO’s definition of health, a better world is envisioned as a place “where physical, mental, and social well-being are assured.”
