What we need
- Create mindfulness meditation program
- Expertise needed in the areas of mindfulness meditation and guided meditation to help people destress, relax, sleep, etc.
- Experienced meditation teacher needed to produce top quality, original, accurate, fresh content - to develop guided meditation scripts in Chinese (to be used and read in Cantonese)
Background
We are developing guided meditation and mindfulness program and course to help people deal with this stress and anxiety at this challenging time.
Why this is important
This is a mental health campaign to help people in Hong Kong - to inspire them with more happiness, balance and inner peace.
