Background
We are launching a start-up for an accounting platform and need advice on legal agreements, specifically an NDA.
What we have
Our start-up has finalized our agreement with advisors and now needs someone to review it.
Why this is important
The agreements will establish clear expectations for our advisers. Our volunteers, who play critical roles in our work, number over 40 in various capacities. Additionally, the agreements will protect our start-up's intellectual property, which is crucial since much of our work revolves around these resources and individuals.
