What we need

• Join the online class (Zoom) on Fridays or other evenings between 6:30pm - 9:30pm (It'll be an hour of tutoring, exact time will be coordinated with the students)
• Tutoring will cover Maths for all students, as well as HMSC, Chemistry, and Biology based on students' elective choices.
• The class will be split into different subjects or levels with approximately 10 students per class
• Be patient, teach and guide them on improving their learning
• We would highly appreciate your feedback / suggestions on how to conduct the classes if you have any educational experiences!
• Be available for onsite consultation (Dream Impact in Lai Chi Kok) possibly on the weekends
• We are starting with weekly classes, but may increase frequency as we progress based on students' needs and availability - to be consulted with volunteers too
• In-person classes can be two hour long for students to be able to learn in person at least two subjects at once. (Bio for the first hour, Chemistry for the second etc)
• Interact with the students and address any questions they may have on the WhatsApp group

Background

ILM is assisting EEL in launching a program for learning to ethnic minority participants by recruiting tutors for them.
