What we need
- Be a volunteer fundraiser for our Child Development Fund program, leading our fundraising efforts to search for matching donors from corporate and individuals
- Advise us on how to execute the fundraising campaign, guiding us on how to edit our promotional materials
- Experience in fundraising for NGOs is required

Why this is important
This Child Development Fund program is for 3 years and will help the project operators help their community empower youth towards addressing intergenerational poverty. ILM strives to support ethnic minority empowerment initiatives for communities to develop Social Changemakers. The fundraising for matching donations will enable the beneficiaries to actualize their Personal Development Plan.
