What we need

• Coordinate logistics including role model volunteers registration and scheduling
• Attend one to two 1.5-hour workshops per week in school, engage and interact with around 30 girls per class to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment
• Our team will provide training and support with facilitation
• Collaborate with our supportive team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Background

We are launching an exciting new financial literacy program aimed at empowering girls in various schools across Hong Kong. Our program is designed to equip girls with essential personal finance skills and expose them to potential careers in finance through a series of engaging workshops, including sessions with female role models from top-tier financial institutions.

What we have

We will cover the volunteer's travel expenses to schools. Additionally, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
