What we need

• Create detailed program schedules and timelines in conjunction with school partners for 1.5-hour in-person workshops
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to identify and engage target schools for girls aged 14-16
• Design and facilitate workshops focused on building self-confidence, broadening career horizons, and developing essential life skills
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to inform program improvements and measure impact
• Attend 1-2 physical meetings per week at various schools across Hong Kong. Team meetings will be held in person at our Central office
• An honorarium of HKD200 per hour will be offered, with a total commitment of 7 hours per week

Background

The program manager for the Inspiring Girls Program plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and success of this comprehensive 5-module initiative. By connecting young girls with diverse female role models, we aim to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their future careers and personal lives.

What we have

Role-specific training: Offer training tailored to specific volunteer roles, such as mentoring, facilitation, or event planning. Best practices: Share best practices and tips for effective mentoring and interaction with young girls aged 14-16.
