What we need
- Create an integrated marketing campaign to recruit 5,000 role models, especially in STEM and sustainability industries
- Lead the design direction of key visuals and messaging for social media campaigns
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaign and its success
Background
We are a charity program that inspires and empowers girls to believe in their dreams by connecting them with amazing female role models. We believe girls should aspire to achieve their goals and not be limited by gender stereotypes. We want to show girls the limitless possibilities in their future careers and aim high because they are their rights.
What we have
Inspiring girls is already in 28 other countries - brand guidelines and various materials have already been done.
Why this is important
This will allow us to scale the program and support more schools in Hong Kong and inspiring the next generation to be future ready.

What we do
We are a charity program that inspires and empowers girls to believe in their dreams by connecting them with amazing female role models. We are dedicated to raising the ambitions of girls (aged 10-18) by connecting them with female role models online and offline. Girls will be invited to join speed networking sessions with the role models and have access to a video hub - a free resource to allow them to watch inspirational interviews with women from a wide range of careers.
